Great location with lots going on in the area. Konstantin was excellent throughout our stay and gave us lots of useful information about things to do in Almaty. The apartment is great value and has all the facilities for a great stay. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is clean, the kitchen equipment is complete, the location is convenient about 20 mins walk to Ascension Cathedral, nearby shops, money changer and restaurants. Konstantin is very helpful as well and easy to contact. If I come back to Almaty, will definitely stay in this apartment again.

We had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient spot. The owner was extremely kind and helpful—when we faced some issues, they went out of their way to assist us. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.
