The location is great but the host and hostess are exceptional. I lost my phone the very first day . Marina and her husband wrote to yandex, communicated with the driver and ultimately arranged to get it back. the cab driver came to give back the phone quite late at night but Marina and her husband were awake . That was really a life saver. can't thank them enough. you can overlook small things if you get so much help in a foreign country .

I really liked that it was close to everything , always had hot water , the bed was comfortable , large but very low .

Good location, clean and functional. Nice touch of bottled water on arrival. Comfy bed. Birdsong in the morning !
