The location is very good - restaurants, big mall, transportation means and so on. Easy check-in and easy check-out, very polite staff at the registration desk.

The hotel is located across Dostyk Plaza so its very convenience. The staff are very friendly. Alina in particular. She's amazing and very helpful. The swimming pool, hammam and sauna are amazing and beyond my expectation. I wish I could have used those facilities more. Bed is very comfy and some of the rooms have very good view.
