This was our second time staying at this lovely family-run guesthouse, and we chose to return because of the great experience we had the first time. Once again, everything was wonderful. This time, we stayed in a more spacious room with a comfortable double bed, which made our stay even more pleasant, as our previous room had twin beds. We truly appreciated the extra space and comfort. Everything worked perfectly, and after our travels, it was especially helpful to be able to use their laundry facilities — having access to their washing machine was a big plus. We’re once again grateful for the kind hospitality and the warm atmosphere. It felt like coming back home. Rakhmet sizge qunaqtastygynyz ushın!

Our stay in Almaty was made truly special thanks to this family-run guesthouse. The entire family was absolutely lovely — kind, generous, and always available to help with anything we needed. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable asking questions, knowing someone will be there with a warm and helpful response. We especially appreciated having access to the kitchen, which was a huge advantage for us, as it allowed us to prepare our own meals during our stay. The space was comfortable and well-maintained, and although the bathroom was shared, it was always spotlessly clean. The women in charge were constantly keeping everything tidy, and we were truly grateful for their care and attention — cleanliness is so important, and they truly excelled in that regard. The location was also ideal: in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood, on a quiet street with everything we needed nearby, including supermarkets and easy access to public transport. Many places were even within walking distance, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. Our experience here was so positive that we decided to return at the end of our trip through Kazakhstan — a decision that came naturally after such a welcoming and comfortable stay. Location was perfect. It says hostel, but most of the rooms are private with common bathroom. I liked that there was a common kitchen area, laundry and 24/7 front desk.

This was our second time staying here - this time we stayed in the room with a private bathroom. The room was exceptionally big, had a kettle, a couch and a fridge. The bed was huge and comfy
