The hotel location was very centric to all the places and reachable by taxi within a range of 5-10min. The reception staff was very accommodating as we reached the hotel at around 0900hrs and they gave us the room by 1030hrs which was really appreciated. Not only that, we were served breakfast on the house and for that special thanks to Mr. Eldar for going above and beyond. This is for sure one of my go to hotel in almaty.

Close to the airport . Clean and comfortable bed . Good value for money . Friendly staff who would go out of the way to help you . Good restaurants though only tried two dishes they were very good .

One of the most important things about hotels is the reception, and this hotel is distinguished by its helpful and friendly staff, especially Ms. Ayana, who is excellent at her work and quick, so a special thanks to her. The hotel is also clean, has a beautiful view, and the breakfast is delicious. There is also a bidet and a lovely café downstairs.
