Shoe dryers in foyer (very much appreciated as we were there at the tail end of a typhoon so it rained a lot) Detailed maps and support re walking trails Pleasant staff Comfy beds Lovely warm shower in evening Coffee and tea available in room Hot water machine available outside room Humidifier in room is not as loud as other hotels. Huge served Asian buffet breakfast including salted eggs, noodles, broccoli plus toast at a restaurant in the main shopping area of town.

Great location, convenient walking access to the restaurants and shops in the main area, as well as to the station. Recently renovated and clean. Comfortable bed. Staff really warm and friendly. Appreciative that the hotel offers complimentary transfer service to/fro the entry point of the park (ticket booth); you just need to send them a message via LINE.

The staff here were very nice, very welcoming and helpful with information on tours etc and for exploring Alishan. The room itself was pretty small and had some weird quirks (like a powerboard being right behind the pillow) but overall it was comfortable enough and I would stay here again. The breakfast was quite good even though it's in a different building about 5-10 mins walk away.

The room looks like newly renovated Situated conveniently along the hotel stretch at the Alishan National Scenic Area. Walk up the stairs to the park's bus stop.
