Outdoor area - the pool was great and the trees and plants were well kept and provided lots of privacy. Location to sandy beach, local bars/cafes and tram station just 10 minutes walk away is very helpful - also easy to get into Alicante city centre or to Benidorm via tram. The immediate neighbourhood is nice and quiet.

Very nice garden and swimming pool with intimacy. Well equipped kitchen and very sizable rooms.

The outside space was definitely the best thing about this property. it’s very pretty and the garden/plants are very well maintained. You are in fairly good proximity to the tram line which is fantastic. Nearby beach is beautiful too.

The outside pool area was very spacious and nice. The beds were comfy and utilities all provided :)
