We were a group of 9 people and really enjoyed our time in Alicante. We stayed for 4 days in the apartments on the first and second floor. The apartments are spacious and equipped with a nice, clean kitchen, and having two bathrooms per apartment is a big plus. The furniture is outdated but functional. However, the unpleasant smell in the building, which lingered throughout the day and night, was bothersome. It seemed to come in through the air conditioning or the sewer? Anyhow; It smelled like sewage .. All our clothes still smelled of it when we got home. Despite that, we had a great time! The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance; perfect!

Great location and both flats had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they have a secure area in their office for holding luggage after checkout. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

the apartment is in the heart of the city. Very clean and nice. it would be great to have a big mirror in every Rooms but it is not a must
