Location is perfect. The apartment has everything you need and the little balcony is lovely. The beer and water provided was a nice touch.

A fantastic apartment well situated for a few days sightseeing in Alicante. I loved having the balcony space to sit and watch the world go by in the square below. I had no issue with nighttime that I had seen in previous reviews. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated & modern apartments in a stunning old building located in a cute square in central Alicante, near restaurants, shops & a short walk to Explanada & beach. With lifts & suitcase lockers if you arrive before check in time. Second visit & would definitely like to stay here again. Great communication always from Alex😁
