The fine print
Security alarm, which includes 2 motion sensors, one of them located in the corridor and the second one in the cabin. The security system is used as a protection against squatters when no one is in the flat. If there are tourists in the flat, the security alarm is switched off. You can also close the motion sensor windows. Please open them before your departure, thank you.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

All just great lots of space and extras such as beach chair just not too good isolation for the noise and a bit more towels would have been better. It was so clean !

Very spacious apartment! it was 5 of us and we had a very comfortable stay. Kitchen was well equipped. There were 2 bathrooms/toilets. There was a large lounge room with TV. WiFi worked well. Communication with host was great. At arrival and once we reached the house, he let us in - once inside, keys were waiting for us. The host also let us check in earlier - which was a bonus! The apartment is close by to the old town (10 mins walk) and just a stone throw away from Santa Barbara :) There is train station close by (5 mins walk). From there you can catch the train to Benidorm / Altea and all other places on that route. Bus stop (airport) is 5 mins walk too.

Lovely space, lots of room, very comfy, very clean and well maintained. Great location, not just for the sea and town but the practicality of car parking 2 mins away.
