Everything was perfect, clean, and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom and kitchen are well-equipped and have everything you might need. Just as described, the location is great, and the value for money is excellent. The host and the manager are very friendly and easy to reach. The apartment is about a 20-minute walk from the city center and the beach, and it’s easily accessible thanks to nearby bus stops. There are several shops and restaurants close by. In the evening, it’s nice to sit on one of the benches along the many nearby alleys. Wonderful vacation in Alicante — a cozy apartment and a truly enjoyable stay!

Dima met us at check in and let us in, gave us a full tour of the flat and some practical information. Easy communication via Whats App! The surrounding area has a few shops and cafes, but we decided to go down town for our meals. The local shops are small supermercados, with limited selection, but you'll get what you need: water, beer, snacks etc. Room with dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, kitchen supplies, freezer and fridge as well as espresso-maker. The best experience was when we decided to check out early, and an associate of Dima stepped in to retrieve the keys from us, when Dima could not be there in such short notice. Also, he drove us to the center, when there were no taxies available. Customer service: 10/10!
