IP “Stylish apartment in the heart of Alicante”

The Loft apartment is located right in the heart of Alicante — an absolutely exceptional location. The sea and the main central beach are just a short walk away. So are the charming Old Town of Santa Cruz, the Santa Bárbara Castle, the promenade, the lively bar streets, the Mercado Central, and all the main attractions — all within walking distance. Despite being in such a central area, the apartment is very quiet, which is a huge advantage. The apartment is not brand new (Loft), but it is definitely tastefully designed — you can tell a designer was involved. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. In my opinion, the apartment is ideal for one or two people, as it’s not very big, but cozy and well thought-out. Everything described on the Booking listing matched the reality, and I truly enjoyed my stay!

Location was amazing! Very close to the markets, restaurants, and high street and about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and tidy studio

Great location. Apartment where you could stay a while. We were there 1 week and we could easily stay longer.
