Except, reservations are directly paid to Booking.com".Please note that if you book 2 or more apartments, special conditions apply.If you are one of those who enjoys tranquility, we advise you to come from Sunday to Thursday and if, on the contrary, you like to enjoy the nightlife, the weekend is the ideal time to come.Please note that the building is an old structure that has been fully refurbished. We have kept the original stairs and do not have a lift. The stairs are somewhat narrow and steep, which may be a factor to consider for elderly people, those with a lot of luggage or those with limited mobility.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

First of all, communication with Caridad was amazing, which made the whole process from check-in to check out, extremely easy. She was very responsive and helpful. Location was excellent. Right in Barrio, a few minutes walk to Mercado, which is very handy for the team, C-6 bus to and from airport, but also close to el Puerto as well as a variety of bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean. It was a lovely touch to have a bit of ground coffee and sugar for the coffee machine and a bottle of water in the fridge to get you started. I found the beds and pillows really comfortable. I would not hesitate staying here again

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. They made sure I felt welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The apartment had all the amenities I needed – fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. I truly felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location, five minutes from everything and short walk from airport bus. Well equipped kitchen. Self check in. Hosts are absent but responsive on WhatsApp..
