We didnt do breakfast becouse it was expensive... So we went somewhere else instead. The place was outside the montazah gardens.

We had an amazing experience at Helnan Royal Hotel in Alexandria. The property is beautiful, clean, and cozy, offering everything you would expect from a 5-star stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The dining options were fantastic with a great variety of cuisines to choose from. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria!

We were not sure what to expect when we booked, but our entire experience exceeded all expectations! The hotel is clean, cozy, and truly delivers the standards you’d expect from a 5-star property. What really makes this hotel stand out is the phenomenal service. From the front desk to housekeeping, from the F&B staff to the cleaning crew—everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The variety of F&B outlets is impressive, offering excellent cuisine and plenty of choices to suit every taste. A special thanks to the amazing team members who made our stay unforgettable: Karim, the Front Desk Manager, and his wonderful team; Tarek and Elsayed from F&B and their dedicated staff; and the fantastic animation team who kept the atmosphere lively and fun. We truly appreciate all your efforts in making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Alexandria!
