Clean Speed checking inn thank you Marwan Excelelnt and outstanding housekeeping thank you Mr. Ahmed Alsaeed, Mohammed, Mustafa, and more important Michael Isa. Saline pool was great idea Kareem from the pool bar was very attending, helpful and soooo kind. Last not least Juliana smile And great service made our breakfast experience to remember despite quality of the food.

Exceptional Service: The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. Beautiful Room: The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the sea view from the balcony was stunning. Immaculate Cleanliness: Housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard every day. Facilities: The pool, beach access, and spa were all luxurious and well-maintained. Dining Experience: The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Breakfast was exceptional, with fresh ingredients and many healthy options. Atmosphere: Calm, elegant, and peaceful – perfect for relaxation and a getaway. Location: The hotel is ideally situated with easy access to the Corniche, cafes, and shops in San Stefano Mall.

Everything... staff were incredibly welcoming..very friendly and caring staff.. they understand the meaning of hospitality.. the place is amazing.. huge yet super clean.. they took care of me and my family.. they gave gifts to my kids.. I would like to thank the receptionists, guest relations team, restaurant manager, chefs, spa staff.. all were 👏
