The location was super. It's very central not suitable for elderly as its up few steps but has an excellent outside area to sit in and the apartment itself was spacious and very clean

Location is ideal. Just off the main square but absolutely no noise at night time. Very quiet. Rooms are spacious, great size of balcony with bbq area, table and chairs, lovely views and gets sun in morning and all day. There is an incline to get to the apartment but very manageable. (Maybe tough for people of older age or mobility issues, family with a buggy). Albuferia is very hilly wherever you go. Jonathan was great to deal with, in touch via watsapp as soon as we landed. Allowed us to drop our bags off a couple of hours before our check in. Very pleasant. Would happily recommend.
