The location was amazing! For two girls on our first solo holiday we felt so safe and secure and was able to easily access the old town by a quick walk, and new town as the taxi and uber pick up points were right next to the hotel. The room had everything we needed in it and even a balcony that we weren’t expecting!

Basic, small room, but so central. Great for a few days. It's somewhere to put your head down. Top of old town, next to buses and taxis. 2 minute slow to the square.

Our group of 6 recently stayed at Residencial Capri by Umbral in Albufeira, and while we enjoyed certain aspects, we were not particularly enthusiastic about the accommodation overall. Let's start with the rooms. Unfortunately, we have to admit that the rooms were very basic and showed signs of neglect. There were various issues, such as broken lights, a faucet that couldn't be hung properly, and a roller shutter that couldn't be opened. These minor inconveniences made us feel that more attention should be given to the maintenance of the rooms. However, in terms of location, we were quite pleased. Residencial Capri by Umbral is conveniently situated near the old town of Albufeira and within walking distance of the beach. This made it easy for us to enjoy the atmosphere and charm of the town, as well as the beautiful coastline. Additionally, it was very convenient to have a large presence of Uber taxi drivers in the area, which allowed us easy access to the strip. Although we were disappointed with the rooms, we should also mention that the staff was friendly and helpful. They made an effort to accommodate our needs and answer any questions. We appreciate their hospitality and dedication. All in all, our stay at Residencial Capri by Umbral in Albufeira was a mixed experience. While the rooms were basic and had maintenance issues, we were pleased with the convenient location near the old town and beach. If improvements are made to the rooms, it would significantly enhance the overall experience. We hope that this feedback is constructive and that the management of Residencial Capri by Umbral takes these points into consideration for future guests.
