The fine print
Please note that iron facilities, safety deposit boxes and hairdryers are available at an additional cost.Please note tat pool towels are available for rent at an extra cost of EUR 2 per day or EUR 10 per week.Guests booking Non-Refundable Rates should inform Natura Algarve Club of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.Reception is open 24 hours a day from April until October.
From November until March reception and bar are open from 09H00 to 18H00, everyday. After 18:00 self check-in will be available.During the winter, cleaning, sheets and towel change will be done once a week.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We loved the pool and the staff were so sweet thankyou. Great location near new town and the strip. Also the leaving the key at reception system was really good.

Super location… The staff are great. The general set up and facilities are good but the standard of cleanliness was much poorer than previous years, white mould on the wardrobes, cobwebs and thick dust in deep cleaning areas- which I cleaned myself due to child with asthma…. Apartments have all amenities except hairdryers which you need to pay €3 a day for… apartments could do with a little maintenance upgrade or TLC… Genuinely staff were so with a special shout out to Alexandra, Philip, Gabriella and the Coffee Corner team… staff are lovely but it’s not a family friendly resort as it once was much more for the younger people looking to party. Staff always attentive to address noise but the clientele are just younger and very loud. Woken up every night from various large groups of drunk people and always different large groups of younger drunk people by the pool. Saturday DJ sets are from 3pm-6pm now until September which also radiates through the apartments. Great place for younger people and couples without children but not the most family friendly anymore due to the other clientele.

Location was good for strip and other local bars and restaurants, hotel was basic but very functional and very good value for money. Good pool and surrounding area.
