The fine print
Guests booking a non-refundable rate requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please be aware that for reservations (Bed & Breakfast board only) on the 31st of December there will be an additional charge of EUR 12.50 per person for the Brunch. Please note that the hotel features a variety of services which are available at an extra fee, including a Fitness centre, Massages, Games room, Fax/photocopying, Meeting/banquet facilities, Safety deposit box, Kid's Club, Dart games, Table tennis, Laundry, Tennis court, Billiards and Mini golf. Please note that it is mandatory the use of a swimming cap in the indoor pool. Caps can be bought for EUR 5.00 at the reception of the hotel. Please note that there is a transfer service available for a surcharge to/from Faro International Airport, Albufeira Marina, Albufeira Train Station, various water parks, Loulé and Quarteira markets, amongst others. This service must be requested and paid directly at the hotel's reception, 24 hours before. I have previously been to this hotel and enjoyed it. We stayed in one of the bubgalows that sleeps 8 people. We are a group of friends in our 40s. This bungalow is fantastic. It has 3 decent sized bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite. There is also another bathroom. There is a large communal living/ dining room/ kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, oven, washing machine, and microwave. The beds are comfortable, and maids come every other day. The air con is great. The bungalow is tucked away on the periphery of the grounds, so its nice and quiet. Its a short stroll from the pool which is brilliant. Very large and the staff allow balls and inflatables so kids were able to enjoy themselves as i have previously been places that do not allow this. As a group of males we had no issues with the stag and hen parties at weekend but something for families to consider. The hotel will take a €100 deposit off each person on arrival and return it on check out provided all is ok with the accommodation. Its a 20 min walk to the old town and the beach. Taxis are about 8 euros, but ubers are very cheap. We went to vilamoura for 2 evenings, and an Uber was less than €10 andd it was a 25-minute trip.

The location is amazing. The facilities or having a shop, pool bar and a decent pool. The bungalow we stayed in was very spacious.

Walking distance to all the main amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive. Facilities were good and it was enjoyable for all the family.
