The fine print
All guests booking on Non-Refundable policies should provide their details when booking in order to receive an invoice. Please be aware that for reservations (Bed & Breakfast board only) on the 31st of December there will be an additional charge of EUR 12.50 per person for the Brunch. Please note that the hotel features a variety of services that are available at an extra fee, which include a fitness centre, massages, a games room, fax/photocopying, meeting and banquet facilities, safety deposit box, laundry, tennis court, billiards and mini golf. The use of swimming cap in the indoor pool is mandatory. Customers can buy caps at EUR 4.50/each at the front desk. Please note that there is a transfer service available for a surcharge to/from Faro International Airport, Albufeira Marina, Albufeira Train Station, various water parks, Loulé and Quarteira markets, amongst others. This service must be requested and paid directly at the hotel's reception, 24 hours before. Please note that for reservations with Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board and All Inclusive, guests should inform any special dietary needs or allergies before arrival.

It's pool was clean and there was a food bar and food but the only thing need better intertiment and not to far from the Newtown

Had to call reception as we were 4 of us and only got 2 bath towels. Then had to call again as no small towels were available for the 4 of us. Made the beds everyday but always forgot about the towels. Also had to call for the supply of toilet paper. Overall clean, comfy beds, nice pool, nice pool area. Also lock was fixed and wasn’t informed and had to go to reception twice as the card to open door did not work. Could be better!

Staff are really friendly the hotel itself is brilliant as a base and it's only 7 euros taxi into albefira strip or beach . There's a little garage/cafe shop if you walk ten mins behind the back of hotel and turn left and walk onto the main road where you can get your basics and a decent coffee . There's also a local restaurant just opposite the garage really cheap and great chicken . The hotel is clean the cleaners are flat out everyday the apartments are decent it's a great cheap base to be honest . My two young children had a great time in the little pool and there's a little park there to keep them happy. The pool bar is great for snacks and drinks . I didn't try the restaurant onsite as we eat out everyday. They have a great gym on site it's 7 euros a day but it's huge . Overall Its a really good value for money nothing bad to say about the hotel you get what you pay for it's no 5 star but a decent 3 star I would say . I will definitely be returning.

Used this as a stop gap till we got in pur villa and room was huge and very clean we didn't use any facilities so can't comment nothing really around it but it was everything we needed great value for money beds was OK but not the best pillows wasn't great but overall we would definitely stop here again
