The location was great. Close to the beach and just far enough away from the strip to not be too rowdy. You could walk up to the area and beach without being dragged into the noise/busyness. The rooms were a good size and they were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Carlos on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Most of the staff were great and were keen to help us out as a large family of 9. The restaurant, Flavours was good. It was the only one open and we never had to queue for food and plenty of choice. Liked that you could get coffee after every meal, which is quite unusual with a lot of all inclusive hotels . Not too sure how it would be in the height of the summer as the pool area was busy during the day and we were in May. Too many people reserving beds and then leaving them for hours at a time!!

We like where it's situated, as we come twice a year the staff make us feel very welcome. Over the years we have built a good vapour with alot of people in and outside Forte Do Vale

Everything! Staff were brilliant. Facilities top notch. Extra kudos to team for managing through the big blackout on Mon 28th, they deserve a huge reward. Thank you for the best 3 night break ever!
