The apartment was clean, bright and spacious for the 2 of us with fantastic views from 2 balconies. Windows had electric roller shutters to help with heat/light/noise control and with the AC this added to the comfort. Pool area was amazing and we took tennis rackets for the court which was right under our balcony. I cooked most meals in the well equipped kitchen and used the washing machine and airer several times. All linen, towels and beach towels were provided which made our stay so easy. I hired a car and was able to use the reserved space in the shared basement garage which was a few paces from the lift meaning we had such an easy route to carry our things when going out for the day in the car. The 15 min downhill walk to Albufeira beach and ‘Old Town’ (shops, bars, restaurants) was enjoyable but coming back is of course steep and quite tiring but so beautiful. Likewise the 20 min walk to the Marina leaves you feeling so connected to all that you need even if it is a steep climb back. We used the car to access other beautiful beaches and cave tours plus the aqua park ‘Slide and Splash’ (30 mins away). Encosta Da Orada was the perfect place for me and my 13 year old son and we had the best time.

The apartment was perfect, it was modern and spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need including a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. The rooms were spacious and a family of two adults and 3 children could comfortably stay there. The bed was comfortable and a good size and the appartment was quiet and peaceful , I slept so well, this was also because of how very safe and secure the building was. The WiFi was strong and consistent and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. There was a balcony on both sides and the main one in the living area got sun from 4pm onwards so it was a lovely place to sit relax and enjoy the view of the marina . The pool was fabulous,with a separate children's pool and there was plenty of sunbeds . Andrea was in contact from the minute we booked and she answered any queries quickly , she was a pleasure to deal with and she booked airport transfers for us when I requested it. We had a great holiday and the apartment exceeded our expectations, Thank you Andrea.
