“Convenient location but with its downsides and lack of services”

It was conveniently located about a 15 min drive from old town and beaches. Ubers were quick to arrive and it was a friendly neighbourhood. The pool was very rice.

The location is close to one of the best beaches (praia da falasia) just seven minutes to drive. The staff is really nice and helpful especially the lady from reception (the one a little bit older), she was always ready to help with a really positive attitude and ready always to find a good solution to make you happy.

When reading some reviews, I was very apprehensive. Lots of people saying staff weren't friendly and lots of problems with the €200 deposit. We found the lady working there incredibly friendly and it's not really a big deal to pay the 200 in cash as you get it back upon check out if your room had no damages. The apartment was clean and perfect for a cheap and cheerful stay!
