Guests booking Non-Refundable Rates should inform 3HB Golden Beach of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, 3HB Golden Beach will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform.The property's policy for bookings with 8 or more adults and/or 3 apartments is:
- Payment of the total amount, within a maximum period of 72 hours after confirming the reservation: This payment is non-refundable and can be made in full or divided by apartment. Payment will be made via bank transfer or via a link to a secure payment platform.
- Deposit of €250.00 per apartment, requested at check-in: This deposit will be collected by reception at check-in, and will then be returned at check-out, if there are no disturbances during the period of stay . Payment must be made in cash.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very nice hotel, clean, pool, bar ,everything impeccable.The staff was very friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed.Special thanks to Mariana who was at the reception when we arrived and provided us with all the necessary information.

Really nice hotel with accommodating friendly staff, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Walking distance to the strip and beach. Really nice and affordable pool bar/snack bar which was an added bonus during the day.

It was very clean and the staff were lovely. Our apartment had a great view of the sea. Restaurants and shops were just a short walk away . Great place to stay.
