We recently stayed at the Park Avenue Holiday Unit and found it to be in a convenient location with easy access to nearby shops, cafes, and the beach. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy. However, one downside was the noise level. The walls are quite thin, and we could clearly hear conversations, TV, and other sounds from the neighbouring units, which made it difficult to relax or sleep at times. If you’re a light sleeper or value quiet, this may be something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay, but the lack of soundproofing is something that could be improved.

Quiet, quaint apartment close to the beach. There are a few eating places and takeaways within walking distance. There is a large public park very close by and a protective beach next to the SLSC. The reception staff are friendly and informative.
