The adress was given to me as I drove down from Perth, very late in my opinion. I suggest the address is given out 2 days before arrival so anyone leaving actually knbows they have a house to arrive at. It was very stressful. No shelves or cupboards to unpack into in two of the bedrooms. Front and back deck in need of sanding and varnishing. They are rough and splinterry. An accident waiting to happen with kids runninf round barefoot. Front garden area was disgraceful. Weeds poking up through ugly mulch. An old wine barrel rotting away on the path. This area needs tidying. It is the first impression of the place. uncared for. Two chairs on front deck filthy with dust rust and grime. Un sit aponable. Need a good clean - each of the plastic strands needs to be wiped. All TEFLON pots in kitchen need to be thrown away as they are chipping and this is carcinogenic and should not be used by anyone. Really odd painted dining chairs - black, that is all over the table too. And only 4 chairs in the whole house. There were 6 of us staying. Back veranda benches really too low to eat off the table from. Very strange. Perhas lower the table legs so they match heights. Lastly, front door fly screen needs it's catch fixinbg so one can close flyscreen door only to allow a breeze through the house. I enjioyed my stay very much indeed. But the above little things should be remedied to make the place seem cared for and lovced and better enjoyed by guests.

Great location with a view to the Habour. Location was fantastic as well as it's a short 5 min walk to the centre of town. Great value for the location and stay Appreciated that they listened to my previous feedback and got an indoor clothes hanger,a coffee machine that works and enough supplies of the usual amenities to make the stay enjoyable.

Location was great for the harbour views and accommodation was clean. There was also enough heating for the cooler nights which was great.
