We got the wonderful impressions from this apart hotel in Alanya. The staff of the hotel is absolutely amazing, polite, mannerly, helpful and friendly. It was pleasure to live in this hotel. Another important point for us - constant cleanliness during our accommodation. We had all required kitchen staff for comfortable living. During our stay we hadn't any problem.

We stayed at the Narcis Apart Hotel for 10 days and it is in fantastic location, just two minutes from the main shopping area and harbour, the beautiful cleopatra beach was a 10 minute stroll away. The apartments were cleaned every day and we had fresh towels daily, the apartments have everything you need for your stay. The pool and pool bar were excellent and you never had to fight for a sunbed and the staff were always polite and smiling. The pool and pool area was pristine and the food from the pool bar was tasty and delicious. The internet and TV worked perfectly unlike other apart hotels in Alanya, I have always stayed in apart hotels in Alanya and the Narcis Apart is one of my favourites, thank you for having us, we throughly enjoyed our stay and look forwarded to seeing you soon,
