We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Kurabiye Hotel – it felt like a hidden oasis where every detail was thoughtfully designed with love and care. The facilities were outstanding, and the whole ambiance was calm, warm, and inviting. The location was simply perfect – right at the entrance of town, which meant everything was easily accessible, but without too much hustle and bustle. Peaceful, yet well connected. One especially sweet touch: every afternoon at 5 PM, we were treated to homemade cookies (Kurabiya) and hot chai. Since the name “Kurabiye” translates to “cookie,” this daily tradition felt extra special and heartwarming. It added so much charm to our stay. The pool temperature was spot on – perfect for a refreshing dip. But what truly made this place shine was the exceptional staff: genuinely attentive, kind, helpful, and full of warmth. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. When we arrived, we had some trouble getting our luggage from the bus stop to the hotel – it’s only a 9-minute walk, but the roads are quite bumpy. Without hesitation, the staff sent someone to help us with our suitcases. Such a thoughtful gesture! And when we mentioned we’d love a glass of Prosecco, they made it happen and brought us a bottle – even though it wasn’t something typically offered. Just amazing service. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The towels were another highlight – thick, fluffy, high quality, and always freshly laundered. From start to finish, the team offered great tips, helped with every request, and created a truly family-like atmosphere. We felt right at home. Highly recommended – a magical, peaceful place we’d love to return to!

A lovely hotel that is really well situated for access to the main Alaçati town and also for the bus station. Facilities were really good, with a quiet poolside area and space to relax. Breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of options to try. A final mention to the staff, who went above and beyond every time to provide help on places to go, transport and even offered us accommodation when other plans fell through, they are a credit to the people in the area.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, who speak English and some Russian. The breakfasts are delicious, with a variety of vegetables, cheeses, and different types of eggs.
