I booked this stay for my cousin. He had a rather disappointing experience at a hotel nearby, which led me to book for him at Snood Al Marwa because it was the better option. I had been staying there for one month at that point. The main reason he was happy with his stay was The hotel cleanliness was exceptional. It was comfortable, and the rooms were well-maintained with fresh towels and everything he needed to feel comfortable during his stay. He also shared that the location was fantastic, and the rooms were very comfortable. Overall, he found it to be a good value for the money he spent.

I stayed at Snood Al Marwa from January 27th to March 3rd while traveling for Umrah with my spouse. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond. The head of staff, Abdul, from Pakistan, was particularly helpful and always attentive to detail. He made sure that everything ran smoothly during my stay. I would often reach out to him for any room service requests, and he always responded promptly. Additionally, the morning receptionists were especially helpful in resolving an issue I had with my late arrival. The hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional, and I’d like to give a special mention to Mohamed Faisal from Bangladesh and 2 other Mohamed's One worked at night. The comfort level of the hotel was outstanding. The beds were comfortable, and the carpets and furniture were in excellent condition. The cleanliness was also impeccable, earning a 5 out of 5 rating. Room service was provided every two days, with fresh towels, clean bathrooms, and a refill of water, sugar, and coffee. If you did not request room service for two days, they would knock on your door on the third day to ensure the hotel’s cleanliness standards were maintained, which I appreciated. The hotel provides excellent value for the money paid. The location is ideal, with numerous dining options just a few meters away. It’s also conveniently located near the Haram, with free buses available just a few meters from the hotel. When you exit the hotel, cross the road to King Abdulaziz Road, and on the other side, you'll find the free city buses. Taxis are also affordable, costing as little as 10 riyals. I found that there was minimal noise, and it was quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel has four elevators, so there was never along wait. What I saw in the pictures on Booking.com matched what I encountered in person. There was no discrepancy, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay while visiting the Haram.

Stayed here during Ramadan and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful, especially Khalid. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage while we traveled to Madinah for three days before returning to the hotel. - Upgraded to a 4-bedroom instead of a 3-bedroom, giving us more space. - Cafe and lounge area available. - Government bus pickup/drop-off zone less than a 5-minute walk (left side of the hotel). - Shuttle bus provided by the hotel (we didn't use it). - Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. - Close to the Haram — by bus, it took 10-15 minutes maximum, depending on traffic.

Staff was extremely friendly and budget friendly still really upto the mark and easy to go to Haram in 20 riyal taxi.
