The communication is brilliant. They follow up is perfect to ensure that they are ready for you. When the gate was opened I was speechless. The chalet is very impressive. The layout of the huge BBQ area with its tools, the seating areas and the speakers is amazing. The swimming pool was very clean and covered to keep the water warm this time of the year. It was very refreshing for the kids and they LOVED it. The chalet is very welcoming. Three master bedrooms in two floors, a kitchenette well prepared with everything you may need with a very cozy living area. I came to know about Natalie's chalet when a friend booked another chalet in the same area for the festive season. I looked for one nearby and found Natalie's chalet. I wasn't aware of such chalets close to Amman. Highlight of the day: our friend and his family spent the entire day at our chalet and not theirs :)
