Staff and facilities are really amazing, especially the staff in the restaurant on the 1st and 2nd night we have dinner Thank you for being attentive to us..

The chef who was making the pancakes and eggs, he was very friendly and warm at breakfast. The salad choices and some of the fresh desserts were quite delicious. ( Elements) The room cleaning staff were very meticulous and thorough , even though we had a messy pair of kids. The reception had 2 very accommodating and welcoming gentlemen Mr Sadiq and Mr Hussain, who went beyond expectations to make our stay wonderful, with a beautiful upgrade to a late checkout. A wonderful experience throughout the stay. The room was beautiful, tidy and a very good experience, the jacuzzi was the cherry on the top.
