Cash payment or a credit card authorisation will be needed upon check-in. Personal cheques are not accepted and company cheques are accepted only after the approval of our finance department. Debit cards can only be used upon arrival at the property.Please note that an additional deposit will be required upon check in to cover incidentals charges.As per the UAE rules and regulations, a valid original identity document such us Passport or National ID is a must to provide at check-in for each guest occupying each room.Please note that children of 6 years and below are free of charge for buffet breakfast. Children staying in existing beds up to 12 years are charged 50% of the adult rate for buffet breakfast.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. It was okay but not worth leaving Dubai and drive an hour 30 minutes for a staycation. The Rotana team is a very pleasant hotel team. They are very helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. The play area is very cute for kids especially that they can use it at night while parents are chilling in the restaurants nearby having dinner.
