Very convenient for the botanic gardens. Some of the reception staff were very helpful; for example, two of the younger members of staff delivered extra pillows to our room - service with a smile 😊. And there was plenty of storage space in the room.

Great location with big parking space. Close to city center. Very clean. I booked a room with shared bathroom but the hotel overbooked, so I was upgraded to a room with a private bathroom for free. Good breakfast buffet.

The room and the entire place seems like a student dorm. The rooms have a kitchen inside them if you want to prepare your own stuff. Can be great to save some money. The property is exactly in the center of Akureyri, you can easily travel in the "city" from this location.
