staff very kind, they helped me with the check in as i couldn't do with my cell, for example; it's important to inform about your time of arrival as they are not always there. I stayed just one day and I didn't use the kitchen, but i saw different guests using all kitchen stuff and laundry too. the position is very good, close to the sea walk and to supermarkets, café. If you want to visit more in aktau city (es. the mall, the bazar, botanical garden) you could reach in a 30-40m walk.

I got well welcomed at 8 am in the morning after a long boat trip to Kurik and could check in inmediately and sleep well... There are lockers and the room and beds are clean, and if not for some loud 50+ visitor watching tiktoks at 2am without earphones I could've slept decently well there. There is only one bathroom (toilet and shower in one place) for all the rooms on the main floor so that was a bit of a line at some moments. Kitchen is well equipped but the place only missed some extra hang out space so now people did this mainly in the dorms on the beds. I just don't understand why during the last two full days the lady asked me several times a day when I'm checking out... It started to feel uncomfortable and almost not wanted. For the rest it's a good place to spend time in a not so interesting city.
