The room was everything we wanted - spacious, comfortable and private. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and full of local recommendations. The breakfast was delicious, with generous portion sizes and plenty of options. We also booked in-room massages, which were super convenient and relaxing.

We would give Melidonia more than 10 if possible. It’s a beautiful, luxurious and perfectly clean place to stay, with a wonderful view of the caldera. The hotel manager Cleopatra is absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, caring and just great in every way. The staff is wonderful too, perfect in everything they do. Mr Collins is great and kind - always with a smile, Katarina is an excellent chef and cooks delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the cleaning staff does an absolutely perfect job too. The whole team is amazing! We are a family of five, three children included, and we stayed in the Georgios suite. We loved to stay there, loved the architecture, the terrace, the private pool and jacuzzi, the soft beds, how clean it was… and so on! We loved every second of our stay and are so grateful for everything there!
