The staff were absolutely faultless. Everybody was so helpful. Nothing is too much. Perfect place to stay from the hustle and bustle. Even when I lost one of my earbuds down the drain the staff tried relentless to recover them. We really appreciated the time and effort of the Kokkinos team.

This was a wonderful hotel. My teenagers and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing - so welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and everything was clean and peaceful. It is also a plus that old Akrotiri and the Red Beach is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend Kokkinos Villas.

Amazing views, nice pool and really lovely staff. They offered to drive us to meet the tour we were taking. It is far more chilled than oia and Thera and the village has lovely taverners. Bus connection to Thera is easy
