Everything about the place was great. From the staff to the location. Excellent customer service by the staff. We got free upgrade to the best view and most comfortable room after a long travel. I cant thank the staff enough. Will definately highly recomend this hotel.

The location is outstanding – just minutes from the Taj Mahal West Gate. I was lucky enough to be given an upgrade to a courtyard room, which meant I could actually see the Taj Mahal from my window – absolutely magical. The staff were super obliging and went out of their way to help, from advising me on fair tuk tuk prices to storing my bags after checkout. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was clean and comfortable. And honestly… that view!

The hotel is greatly located, the staff is super helpful, my room on the top floor was super modern and clean and you could even get a glimpse of Taj.
