The room is good value for money, we paid fifty pounds a night, the balcony is also very sweet and has a nice view of the ocean and sunset. There was air con in the room which was helpful in June when temperatures were 30 degrees or so. The shower was basic but reliable with hot water. Clean bedding and towels. Very close to drive to Kathisma and Agios Nikitas.

The terrace offers a fantastic view of the sea and sunset, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The large parking area is very convenient. This location is perfect for those looking to visit the western beaches. The air conditioning is highly effective and included in the price, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the terrace is furnished with two chairs and a table, allowing you to enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful sunset.

Our room had an amazing view to the sea and Ioana (the host’s mum) was very very friendly and helpful even though she doesn’t speak English. Our host, Michael was also very nice. The room and the bathroom were clean.

Very clean place and friendly staff and management. Very close to one of the best beaches of Lefkada (Kathisma). For sure my family will stay again in the feature in Santa Maria. Many thanks Violetta.
