The house and the outside area including the pool were clean and tidy. The kids loved the pool and table tennis.

The outside pool area is great and the pool was warm and well maintained during our stay. The area is residential and not busy and touristy like the resort areas of Playa de las Americas. That's why we choose it though. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants all in walking distance. We had some amazing food (including tapas at place at top of the road). Less people spoke English but meant we got to practice our Spanish and feels that's the polite thing to do anyway. Easy to get a bus which we used a couple of times to visit other parts of the island. Booked taxi to and from airport (give more than 24hr notice) with link from host. Found to be very reliable.

Beautiful villa. Nice and quiet in evenings and through the night. Pool was lovely and warm, perfect as we travelled in February with an 18mth old. Lots of inflatables too to use. Shops and restaurants in walking distance or for a short drive/taxi there is plenty more in Americas. Beach a short drive, too. The dishwasher and washing machine was very handy. We didn't use the games room but only because we were so happy with amenities outside and the weather was lovely. Children play area too which was enjoyed very much. Great parking if you do hire a car. Owners of villa are great and easily contacted. Very friendly and helpful.
