-they upgraded my room for free and it was a pleasant surprise -room clean, with all the amenities you need -mini bar with drinks (chargeable) -staff veeeeery hospitable, kind and welcoming -flexible for early check in and check-out when I did it - which again was a really lovely touch from their side -bed comfortable -well positioned, supermarket across the street I would really recommend it
