Please note that children up to 5 years old enjoy free meals. Children 6–8 years old are charged 50% of the meal price.Children 9 years and older will be charged the adult price.Please note that guests must observe weight and height requirements of 35–70 kilograms and 155–190 centimetres when using the zip line.Parental consent is required for guests younger than 18 years when entering the Adventure Park. Minimum height requirements range from 120 centimetres for the low rope course and from 155 centimetres on the high rope course.Children below 1.2 meters are not permitted to enter the wave pool. Wearing a life jacket is a must.The Zip Line is closed until 31 May , 2025.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Christian and his team were amazing and they do good job in all eveluation surya, Anand, Subrat, Asha, Richard, Divine, Kabir, Rajeev, Prakash, Edna, Soyim, Priya and rest of the staffs made our stay a memorable one

A perfect staycation with zero regret worth every money spent, beautiful resort with nice staffs Fina, Bryan and Anil were great, inside the hotel has restaurants called La Terrazza the manager Christian is a very nice guy with good sense of humor all his colleagues copied his attitude in hospitality manner Ricahrd, Surya, Asha, Edna, Divine, Soyim, Anand, Kabir, Rene, Rajeev and Subrat were outstanding throughout our stay
