During my experience with Park Rotana Abu Dhabi, I had a phone interaction with a team member who introduced herself as “Thoru” (as pronounced). What stood out was not just her clarity or professionalism — but the genuine care, patience, and calm confidence she delivered throughout the call. In a time where many guest services feel automated or routine, Thoru offered something rare: a real human connection that made me feel welcomed and valued even before I arrived. She walked me through the booking confirmation and clearly explained the Yas Parks package, handling every question with kindness and attention. A staff member like Thoru doesn’t just fulfill a role — she closes the gap between what guests expect and what they truly need. That’s what builds loyalty and creates lasting impressions. Having someone like her on any team is a true asset. Because of this experience, I plan to return and book again at Park Rotana on my next visit to Abu Dhabi, God willing.
