The fine print
The Non-Refundable New Year’s Gala Dinner charges are as below:
AED 1,900 per adult (18 years and older)
AED 1200 per guests between 12 and 17 years old.
AED 950 for children between 6 to 11 years
Children 5 years and below - Free of Charge.
This is applicable for guests who would be staing with us over the New Year's Eve (31st December 2025)Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

This is a well managed hotel. Everybody can make mistakes. During my trip, the hotel management allowed noisy construction work right next to the adult pool, during pool utilization peak hours. I asked whether this could not be shifted to a time during the day when the pool is closed. The staff reacted immediately, stopped the noise, apologized profusely, offered 2 free sodas. One staff member, Jean Paul, went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Again, everybody can make mistakes. Where you see the quality of a hotel, good management and well trained staff, is in the reaction to mistakes and customer comments. I also liked again (repeat guest) the fact that non-alcoholic beverages are not charged at the buffet dinner, and that there is a welcome bottle in the room. This time, we had an even nicer room than last time. Thank you for all of that ! We will be back !
