Just finished our 8-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi - this was our fourth time here and it was great as always. The breakfast and dinner staff really make this place special. Abdo was amazing - Always remembered what we liked and took great care of us. Sali, Sabbir and Reimi were also fantastic - friendly, professional, and always went above and beyond.Special thanks to Sara the manager. The hotel itself is very nice with good facilities and rooms. We'll definitely be back again. If you're looking for a good hotel with excellent service, this is a solid choice. I'd recommend going with the half-board option - it's totally worth it.

We had a short one night stay, everything was great, very welcoming and helpful stuff, nice room, a beautiful sea view. Loved the big bathroom and balcony

The staff were excellent, reflecting the high standards and grooming laid down by Hyatt. Wonderful team at breakfast and all over the property in general - The rooms were very well appointed, spot clean with high standard amenities.
