Staff are professional and welcoming - efficient check-in procedure. We were upgraded to an apartment which was amazing. Room service menu is very diverse, food is excellent and yet it is inexpensive.

Thats a very nice experience to stay there. Receptionist ARUN is a such a nice guy. Good behaviour and good communication skill he have. I have no doubt he is an asset of emirates plaza hotel definitely. Thank you
