Beautiful, clean and well located apartment with excellent facilities and amenities. Friendly and professional onsite staff and a great owner who made us feel extremely welcome with lots of useful information both before and during our stay.

My partner works for an international luxury hotel group with world famous hotels so we know high standards. This apartment is superb spotlessly clean, every single item in the apartment works and is brand new. The beds are comfortable and everything you could possibly need and more is provided. The toys and books in the kids room is such a nice touch. The terrace is lovely with views of the great swimming pool the kids loved this. Lifeguard always on duty and great with kids. The whole complex is clean bright and concierge staff so nice. The location could not be better the beach on property is quiet and set out really well but Yas Beach is a short walk away too if more facilities are needed. Getting around was so easy Uber taxi’s turn up in 3 mins. What can I say about the host Craig from the videos showing how to check-in, the welcome pack on arrival fruit cookies milk and more his great tips on where to visit and on our check-out day he arranged for his driver to keep our luggage and take us to the beach and come back at the end of the day with all our luggage he even stopped at a supermarket and pharmacy so we could get some items,a level of service I have never experienced in a rental property it was incredible. From booking to our departure the whole experience was exemplary we have recommended this property to all our friends in AD and abroad. Would we come back and book again absolutely without hesitation I only wish we had more time in AD. If your looking around Yas for a property to rent stop now and just book this one!
