Excellent value and probably recently refurbished - smart and clean. Less than 10 mins walk to the train and bus station.

Fairly quiet side street, very central, convenient for Union Sq, very clean, bathroom nice and modern. 11am checkout means no morning rush. Owners also run a very nice Indian restaurant just across the street.
