The fine print
Please note the lead guest must be 25 years or older. A copy of passport or drivers license is required within 24 hours of booking. The property will contact guests with check-in and key collection instructions after the security deposit has been paid. Guests will be contacted via phone within 24 hours from making the reservation, this is a mandatory company requirement. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves or by pets (please request before booking - pets allowed only once approved in advance) during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.
