The staff were charming and checking in was easy and quick. I liked that the room was available from 2pm. It had everything I needed, including (to my delight) an actual bath, as well as a shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was good, handy for Union Street, bus and train stations and ferry terminal. It's a quiet, pleasant street, one of the nicer parts of town to stay in.

Fine location nearby Union Street and city center in general. Good shower, instant coffee for the morning. Good breakfast in a buffet style with a reasonable price. Code-based lock system worked nicely
