The fine print
We provide a self service check in option for arrivals after 6.30pm, this is a very popular option as there is no time limit on check in time. It is a very easy process as there are only 4 guest rooms. I send directions and pictures and the breakfast menu through the Booking.com messenger service the day before arrival and there is no extra charge on this option.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We loved staying here a home away from home. A good sized family room for 4. Bins changed and towels topped up as needed was super helpful.

Lisa is a fabulous host. So welcoming and friendly. The room and bathroom was absolutely spotless and super comfortable. Lisa provides a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning too. It’s perfect.
